Anand holds a master’s degree in management with specialization in Marketing.

Anand has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial sector and started off his career as an Officer in Dhanlakshmi Bank. He has held the responsibilities of Asst Vice President at Inditrade Microfinance Ltd & Maximal Finance & Investments, Vice President in BRD Securities & in Senior Roles in ESAF, MetLife, Bharti Axa Life, Manappuram Finance & various other NBFCs.

He has utmost skillset & proficiency in Operations – Business & Processes, Customer Service & Administration, Credit, Financial Underwriting & Marketing. He possesses hands-on experience in expanding the Operations, Process & Business models throughout the Southern part of India, setting up the whole team. In his current capacity as the COO, he spearheads the Operations, Process Operation and Business Operations, engrossing on building up scalable Liability Portfolio (NCDs/Sub-debts), retail gold loan, Property – Business Loans & Personal Loan business and also to look out for exploring cost-effective & fee-based income new business models as well. Ensure rebranding of the company name/logo and also enhances branding through social media and Digital Marketing too has got paramount importance as well in scaling Credit Credits to Quality Heights.
