Mrs. Shelby Shajan brings over 30 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector to her role as Director. She oversees the company’s Internal Control and Human Resources functions, ensuring strong governance and a supportive workplace culture. Known for her collaborative approach and emphasis on accountability, Mrs. Shelby plays a key role in shaping Clear Credits’ organizational strength and steady growth, fostering a motivated and cohesive team environment.
Athul Shajan

Mr. Athul Shajan is a law graduate holding a BBA LLB from Christ University, Bangalore, and has completed a program at Oxford University specializing in International Trade and Taxation. Before joining Clear Credits, he practiced law as an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India. His legal foundation and business insight have shaped his leadership approach and strategic vision. At Clear Credits, He has been instrumental in expanding operations and strengthening the company’s market presence. As CEO, he continues to lead the organization toward sustainable growth and innovation.
P.A. Valsan
Non-Executive Director
Mr. P.A. Valsan IPS served the Kerala Police for over 30 years, culminating in his induction into the Indian Police Service (IPS) in 2013. Known for his dedication to duty and public service, Mr. Valsan earned 65 good service and 2 meritorious service entries during his career. As Superintendent of Police, he efficiently led operations and administration, ensuring community safety and well-being. At Clear Credits, he contributes his experience in governance, discipline, and organizational management, supporting the company’s vision of ethical and responsible growth.
